Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and LeadFlow (“we”, “us”) and govern your use of LeadFlow. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Who we are

LeadFlow is operated from India. You can reach us at tushar@getleadflow.co.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use LeadFlow. If you use the service for a business, you confirm you are authorised to act for that business.

3. Your account

You are responsible for the information you provide, for keeping your password secure, and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly at tushar@getleadflow.co if you suspect unauthorised use.

4. The service

LeadFlow finds people who appear to be hiring video editors from public sources (Reddit, YTJobs, YouTube), scores and presents them as leads, and drafts personalised outreach based on the positioning you provide. You review every draft and you send it yourself, from your own email or account: LeadFlow does not send outreach on your behalf. We may apply reasonable usage limits (for example, a daily cap on new AI drafts) to keep the service healthy, and we may add, change, or remove features over time to improve the service.

5. Acceptable use

You agree that you will not, and will not allow anyone else to:

• Use LeadFlow for anything unlawful, deceptive, or harmful.
• Send spam, harassing, misleading, or otherwise unsolicited messages, or send to anyone who has asked not to be contacted.
• Break the rules or terms of any platform you send through or that we source leads from, including Google, Reddit, YTJobs, YouTube.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, or gain unauthorised access to the service.

You are solely responsible for the content of your outreach and for complying with all laws that apply to it. If you send commercial email, anti-spam laws such as CAN-SPAM, CASL, and GDPR may require a working way to opt out and your valid physical mailing address.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of the positioning, templates, and other content you provide. You grant us a limited licence to host and process that content only as needed to provide the service to you. Drafts we generate for you are yours to edit and use. You are the sender of the outreach you create with LeadFlow and send yourself.

7. Third-party platforms

LeadFlow relies on third-party platforms, including the lead sources listed above and any account you choose to connect. Your use of those platforms is also subject to their own terms. We do not control those platforms and are not responsible for their availability, decisions, or changes to their access, which may affect the service.

8. Billing, payments, and taxes

Subscriptions are sold and processed by Dodo Payments acting as our Merchant of Record. This means Dodo Payments is the seller of record for your purchase, appears on your payment statement, and is responsible for collecting and remitting any applicable sales tax, VAT, or GST. The price you see at checkout includes such taxes where they apply.

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. Our current plans are the Founding Member plan at $19 per month and the Standard plan at $39 per month. The Founding Member price of $19 per month is offered to the first ten customers and stays locked at that rate for as long as the subscription remains continuously active. We may change prices for new subscriptions or for future renewals with reasonable notice.

9. Refunds

We offer a 14 day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, email tushar@getleadflow.co within 14 days of your payment and we will arrange a refund of that payment through Dodo Payments.

10. Cancellation and termination

You can cancel at any time from your billing portal. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and we do not charge you again after cancellation. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms or use the service in a way that creates risk or legal exposure for us or others.

11. Disclaimers

LeadFlowis provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee any particular number of leads, replies, clients, or income, and we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated in these Terms.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LeadFlow will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LeadFlow from any claims, damages, or costs arising from your use of the service, your outreach content, or your breach of these Terms or of any law.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, for significant changes, give notice through the service or by email. Continuing to use LeadFlow after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, except where mandatory local law gives you other rights.
